We had to pull over with a belt issue to the local gas station. We saw the large red garage just next to it called to see if they could help my father-in-law with his car and sure enough they got him in the next morning to deal with the belt and just a few swift minutes. They were so kind to be able to get him in and quickly turn around the car. Very reasonable and talked through all the details with my father-in-law. Could not recommend this place anymore. It was such a blessing to have when we ran into our issue. thank you to this awesome team!

Terrific customer service and care. I hit some scrap metal on I65 yesterday driving a rental truck. The metal was then thrown under my wifes car behind me. The truck tire was damaged and my wifes car had the fuel line cut and ripped off. The local fire department was dispatched for the fuel leak cleanup. They understood the drama that Statefarms roadside service was causing me and offered the suggestion of the local tow in and repair company. Finally Statefarm failed to help and the Alvey's was called out for th tow. Not only were they there immediately they took my wife and her car while I followed with the rental truck. Once at the shop the owner and his crew went to work repairing both vehicles and getting us safely back on the road. Great fire department staff, great Towng and repair shop, I could not have a better response and help anywhere. We consider ourselves lucky that the damages were only to property and that it happened 5 minutes from the exit where these great people work and serve their communities and travelers. I went from an angry man fighting with my so called insurance company to a calm person receiving the best service I have seen in years. Now to see if Statefarm roadside service actually steps up and covers their bill for towing. Long story I know. But it has been that kind of year already, and then BOOM. Someone makes everything better. Large THANK YOU to the Fire Department that responded and calmed the situation and to Alvey's Towing and Service for a great job.

2nd time around I've broken down on interstate and I knew who to contact Alvey's towing and just like the first time contacted Ricky owner of Alvey's and like the man with "S" on his chest he went to work put his guy Shawn on the road in spite of the temperature and the location he got busy and had me up and going for what they do it's hard to put a price on it. So guys thanks for the help and speed with which you got me going and the pricing not bad at all

2nd time around I've broken down on interstate and knew who to call I called Ricky A.of Alvey's towing and like the man with the"S" on his chest he went to work contacted his guy "Shawn" who like "jumping jack flash " went to work and in no amount of time he was thre to take care of the problem regardless of the cold and whizzing semi-trucks he went to work and got me going .Like I said before twice I've broken down on interstate in 7 years and from that point of veiw it's a hard & dangerous job u got to know what you're doing its not for amateurs they deserve whatever they charge and lo and behold to my surprise the cost was more than reasonable. Alvey's to the rescue a second again my second time in 6 years being broke down on interstate and just like the first I call Ricky Alvey of Alvey's towing and like the man with the S on his chest he put his guy Shawn on the case and.like jumping jack flash he shows up no nonsense just straight to work on getting me back on the road in spite of the cold and semi-trucks whizzing past these guys deserve whatever they charge they deserve but lo and behold to my surprise the cost was more than reasonable not counting how quick and prompt their response time was.
